An individual freelance Tourist can fill our reservation for or email us to book a car to transfer them from airport to hotel or hotel to airport. We are providing 24 hours services of airport transfer as per the requirement of travellers. Below provided airport pickup and airport rate are valid for pickup and drop within kathmandu city Only (within ringroad). If your hotels is located out of kathmandu city ringroad additional cost will be levied.

Note:-
- 50% Extra will be charged after 8:00pm as Night Charge for airport pickup and airport drop.
- All above rates are on a/c basis.
- For Gully,Grabil,hilly road 25% extra will be charged.
- If the Vehicle is not working properly then will have to provide another vehicle as soon as possible.
- While doing airport pickup and airport drop for Gokarna Resort/Park Village/Godawari Resort or any other location outside of kathmandu ringroad half day will be charged for related places.
- If the amount of Petrol or diesel will be increased Rs 5 then rate list will be refixed.
- If the Booked trip is cancelled 3 days prior 25 % will be charged as a cancel charge and 100% cancellation for same day (within 24 hour) cancellation.
