Everest Base Camp and Lhasa Tour (15 Days) This tour consists of two parts. The first leg of the trip begins with excursion in Lhasa visiting the Potala palace, Jokhang, Sera and Drepung Monasteries. After Lhasa we drive to Tingri via Gyantse, Shigatse and Sakya, visiting all the popular monasteries along the way. The second pare of the trip will be the Mt. Everest Base Camp Trek from Tingri on the friendship Highway; it is relatively easy to access. The walk is not particularly strenuous- only one low pass must be crossed. Near the Base Camp is the reconstructed monastery of Rongbuk, once one of the largest monastic complexes in the region. The view from here of the Everest North face, perhaps is the most dramatic of tall its sides, is unforgettable.

Fly to Gonggor Airport and transfer to Tsetang – 100 Km, O/N Guest House. |
Day4: |
AM Visit Yongbulakhong Palace –15 Km & Changtsu Monestry, PM Visit Kings tombs-20 Km, O/N Same Guest House. |
Day5: |
Drive to Lhasa, Take a detour cross the widest part of Yarlung Zangbu River, and visit the first Monestry in Tibet history, Samye Monastry, O/N Guest House. |
Day6: |
AM Visit Potala Palace , PM Visit Sera Monastry. |
Day7: |
AM Visit Jorkhong Monestry, PM Visit Drepung Monastery. |
Day8: |
Drive from Lhasa to Gyantse –280 Km via Kampala Pass, Yamdrok Lake (picnic lunch at Lake side), Karola Pass and visit Kumbum & Pelkorchode Monestry when arrives in Gyatse Town, O/N Guest House. |
Day9: |
Drive to Xigatse- 90 Km and visit Tashilungpo Monestry & free market in Town, O/N Guest House. |
Day10: |
Drive to Seger-262 via Younongla Pass & Gyatsola Pass; visit Sakya monestry en-route, O/N local Guest House. |
Day11: |
Drive to Rombuk O/N Rombuk. |
Day12: |
Drive to Everest Base Camp, Explore & Return back to Thingri. |
Day13: |
Drive to Zhangmu via Lablungla Pass, During Old thingri region town, if the weather will favour to us, we can see Mt. Everest, Cho-Oyu, Lothse, Makalu, Sisapangma etc. O/N Guest House. |
Day14: |
Exit to Nepal and continue the trip to Kathmandu – 130 km. |
Day15: |
Final Departure to your destination. |
