Indus River is one of major rivers flows in Pakistan. the source of Indus river lies to the north of Mount kailash. This package tour covers a trip of Holy Mount Kailash as well as trekking to the source of Indus River. Beyond Drira Phuk the Lha Chu turns toward the north. This route was used by Swami Pranavananda to reach Senge Khabab, the source of the Indus, follows this valley up to its head waters and crosses Lhe La.  The swedish explorer Svan Hedin also ascended the Lha Chu, though his route was over two adjacent passes, Tseti La (5628 m) and Tseti Lachen La (5466 m).
